3. Project scope and pricing

All project prices, timelines and deliverables are provided by request and must be confirmed in a separate proposal, invoice, order form or agreement. Information on this website is for general presentation and does not constitute a binding offer.

4. Client materials

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide, including text, images, videos, 3D assets, trademarks and references, may be legally used for the project.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ziqqle EOOD retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, workflows, code, templates, methods and internal know-how. Project-specific rights and usage terms are agreed separately for each project.

6. No guaranteed results

We aim to deliver high-quality work and commercially useful digital products, but we do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, user acquisition, conversion rates or platform approvals.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, harmful or misleading activities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziqqle EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
